Yup. Just to make this clear, there's nothing in Fediverse software that shows DMs to admins, but if the server's admin has the right tech knowledge they could view the server database directly without the software. This only applies to DMs sent from or to that particular server, and it only applies to admins with database access.

Mastodon has a built-in warning about this when you're sending mentions-only posts telling you not to send sensitive info, and this is why.

UPDATE: Solved

Hearing aid hacker needed! My father‘s hearing aids are being repaired, so the shop gave him a pair of Signia Motion C&G SP 1IX as temporary replacement. Nice. BUT. It seems they were configured as trial devices, this wasn’t mentioned to my father. The trial period has ended a few hours ago, so now they play an annoying melody every 2 minutes and we cannot stop this. The hearing aid specialist is on vacation until end next week. So. Anyone knows how to fix this?

Hörgeräte sind ja auch Mist. Mein Vater hat übergangsweise Leihgeräte (Signia Motion C&G SP 1IX) bekommen weil seine eigenen Hörgeräte grad repariert werden. Und jetzt bimmeln diese Ersatzgeräte alle 2 Minuten weil die wohl eingestellte Testphase vorbei ist. Der Hörgeräteakustiker ist aber seit heute im Urlaub. Was macht man da? Kenne ich einen Hörgeräteakustiker im Weserbergland der das resetten kann oder den Trick kennt wie man das selbst macht?

You can already import and export filters, go to your server's website and then Preferences > Import & Export > Export, click on "Filters" to export it as a file.

To import go to Preferences > Import & Export > Import and choose "Filters" from the import type, then browse and select the file, then upload.
